As a seasoned Health Insurance Broker I serve 3 populations: Under 65 year olds who need Individual and Family Plans (IFP), Medicare and finally Small Group insurance for small business owners offering group health insurance. Each of these types of coverage has many options and what might be best for one situation may not be for another. To figure out what works best my clients are asked to fill out a one page Health Insurance Questionnaire. Business owners fill out a Group Census Form. Once filled out and sent back via email, we can then narrow the choices and email quotes for review. We always do what is best for the client and make a very confusing and frustrating situation for most into something they can understand and that works best for their situation.
